Organising Authority:
National Championship is organised by the Dunamenti Erőmű Modeller Club, under the authority of Hungarian Modeller Association
2.
Rules:
The regatta will be governed by the RRS 2009-2012, NAVIGA F5 class rules or IOM class rules, Notice of Race (NoR) and the Sailing Instructions (SI)
3.
Eligibility:
Regatta is open to all boats with valid F5-E or IOM measurement certificate verified at their national authorities and members of their national class associations.

The entry fee of 10 Euro per competitor shall be paid September 8. 2012. in cash, during registration.
5.
Registration:
Boats, together with their valid measurement certificates shall be presented for registration between 9:00 and 11:00 AM on September 8. 2012. However, the Race Committee may extend the time for registration and event measurement if there is a valid reason to do so.
6.
Measurement:
It is intended that all boats will pass event measurement on Saturday, September 8. 2012. None the less, the Race Committee may at any time request the event measurer to confirm that a boat complies with the Class Rules. Random spot checks may be effected throughout the duration of the Event.
7.
Venue:
Lake Velence, Velence, VVSI Sailing Club , Agárd 2440 Tópart u. 17.
8.
Scoring:
Scoring will be carried out in accordance with the Heat Management System (HMS).
9.
Frequencies:
Permitted frequencies are: 27, 35, 40, 41, 72 MHZ and 2.4 GHz. Each competitor is required to have a minimum of two frequencies available.
10.
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the first three positions in the final results. The general winner of this championship win the Sukoró Cup Trophy. Organizer may give additional prizes.
14.
Media rights:
Competitors, owners of the boats and their guests are giving all rights for using pictures and videos of persons and boats during the regatta in medias, incuding comercials, press materials and all other promoting activities and press releasses.
15.
Liability:
All those entering or taking part in this regatta do so at their own risk and responsibility.
Dunamenti Erőmű Modeller Club and any other parties involved in the organisation of this event disclaim: any and every responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience that might occur to persons and goods, both ashore and on the water as a consequence of entering or participating in the regatta covered by this Notice of Race. At all times the responsibility for the safety of their boat and themselves including the decision to participate or continue shall rest with the competitors. By entering the event it is deemed that you accept these conditions.
Competitors are advised to ensure that they have adequate personal insurance that provides cover for public liability and their possible injury in the country of this regatta.

Rendező:
A Nemzeti Bajnokság rendezője a Dunamenti Erőmű Modellező Klub a Magyar Modellező Szövetség felügyeletével
2.
Szabályok:
A verseny az ISAF RRS 2009-2012 a NAVIGA F5 és az IOM osztályelőírásai, a versenykiírás és a versenyutasítás
3.
Részvételi jogosultság:
A verseny nyitott mindazon hajóknak akik rendelkeznek érvényes F5-E vagy IOM felmérési bizonylattal. Magyar versenyző esetén érvényes MSZ tagság.
4.
Nevezés:
Nevezés a vitorlaszám, név, frekvencia, klub és a hajó típusának leadásával

A nevezési díj 10 Euro vagy annak megfelelő Ft összeg. A nevezési díj a verseny színhelyén regisztrációkor kézpénzbe fizetendő.
5.
Regisztráció:
A hajók az érvényes felmérési bizonylattal 9:00 és 11:00 között szeptember 8-án meg kell jelenni a regisztrációnál. A versenyrendezőség ha szükségesnek látja meghosszabbíthatja a regisztráció időpontját.
6.
Felmérés:
A felmérésen elsősorban az új Naviga szabályok kerülnek ellenőrzésre.
7.
Helyszín:
Velence-tó, Velence, VVSI szálloda elött , Agárd 2440 Tópart u. 17.
8.
Versenyrendszer:
HMS
9.
Frekvenciák:
Támogatott frekvenciák 27, 35, 40, 41, 72 MHz és a 2,4 GHzMinden résztvevőnek legalább két kristálypárral kell rendelkeznie.
10.
Díjazás:
A Nemzeti Bajnokság első három helyezetje éremdíjazásban részesül. A verseny abszolút gyöztese elnyeri a Sukoró Kupa vándordíjat egy évre.
14.
Felelősség vállalás:
A rendező szervezet nem vállal felelősséget a versenysorozat alatt történő anyagi illetve személyi károkért.
